Final Arkavidia – Programming and Software Design Contest
Ok… setelah selama sekitar 5 hari 4 malam gue ke bandung bersama teman2 jollybee, akhirnya tadi gue balik jakarta lagi. Hasil kali ini memuaskan, thanks God 
. Untuk lomba programming, tim gue “SleepingPanda” berhasil duduk di posisi pertama. Rank 2 nya tim “hemud” dari UI, sementara rank 3 nya dari tuan rumah yaitu “Bontor Humadong”. Soal2 final kali ini overall tingkat kesulitannya ga terlalu susah dan ga mudah-mudah amat juga 
Cuma ada 1 soal yang rada aneh, yaitu soal D, dan memang kami cuma dapat poin 70 dengan cara DP+Greedy. Sekilas soal-soal final nya (yang gue sempet baca dan coba) adalah Read the rest of this entry »
Hasil Penyisihan Arkavidia – Software Design
Hahahaha…. benar-benar ga disangka… tim gue yang ikut kategori Software Design ternyata juga lolos, menyusul tim Programming Contest gue (baca selengkapnya di sini). Thx God… Nama tim gue “digitalhedge”, anggotanya : Eko Mirhard (gue), Panji Kharisma, dan Winardi Kurniawan. Topik utamanya sih memakai teknologi “Mobile”. Hasil Penyisihan Arkavidia – Programming Contest
Yakk…. setelah dibuka selama 1 minggu, kelar juga akhirnya lomba nya. Sebagai info, lomba ini diselenggarakan oleh ITB (nice ^^ and applause buat temen2 di itb terutama alumni2 toki yang sudah ikut andil dalam penyelenggaraannya). Kali ini nama tim adalah SleepingPanda (terinspirasi dari suatu movie 
) Anggotanya sama kyk ICPC kemarin, Gue, Eko Wibowo, dan Lie Gunawan. Problem set untuk penyisihannya terbilang mayan bagus, dalam arti benar-benar algoritmik dan modelnya memang model soal Algorithm Contest, selain juga karena tingkat kesulitan soal yang diberikan. USACO February Contest – Gold Division
yeehaa… akhirnya setelah kontes pertama divisi Gold gue bulan lalu hancur lebur dengan hanya 162 poin (algo ngaco, salah baca soal, alhasil ngais2 nilai sekitar 1-3 test case per soal -_-”), untuk bulan ini ada sedikit kemajuan Full score di 1 soal (prob: revamp), dan 1 soal lagi (shuttle) kena WA karena rekurens gue emang salah!! Amritapuri Regional Contest – Problem E – Palindromic Path
Arghhh… this is the problem that i missed out at the contest last december… still feeling sad not to be able to solve it at that time… If you wanna take a look at the problem, you can go here. Well, today i redo it, and submitted it in UVa, and AC… actually my idea at the contest is correct…but i just hesitate to do it, felt not very sure about it, and ended up doing on that damn problem A!! 
Really sad larrr….if only at that time, i focused on doing that problem, our team might solved 4 problems in the end… Well, it is useless to regret…

Another Miracle of Christmas for me ^^
Yeehaaaaa…. i can’t believe my eyes when i saw the list of teams qualified for the ACM ICPC World Final 2009 in this blog…. I never thought that my team (Pandemonium) will make it to the final. Based on the result of regional contests we participated (in Amritapuri and Jakarta) which were very very very disappointing, we have put away the hope to qualify as a Wild Card.
